
Ingredients from recipe SPICY MACA GAZPACHO
3 tsp. gelatinized Maca powder1 yellow pepper, diced
4 ripe tomatoes, large & chopped
1 garlic clove
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Parsley or basil, fresh to garnish
1 cucumber, fresh & chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil or 1/2 cup avocado
How to prepare the recipe SPICY MACA GAZPACHO
Put everything together to a blender and blend on high settings until smooth. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.Serve chill.
